1. General Principles
Next Candle Predictor does not currently sell any paid product, package or subscription. NCP credits cannot be purchased; they are earned only through tasks, discipline rewards and invitations. There is therefore currently no payment that could be subject to a refund.
2. Free Usage
New accounts start free — you can use Paper Trading and the core tools without paying. There is no trial period and no automatic billing.
3. Nature of NCP Credits
- NCP credits are a usage credit used only within the platform; they are not money, electronic money or a crypto asset.
- NCP credits cannot be purchased, transferred to another user or converted to money, and no payment refund is made for them.
- NCP credits spent on platform features are not restored (see Section 6 for technical errors).
- There is no subscription: there is no plan to upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- Financial losses arising from the user's own trading decisions are not covered (Next Candle is not an investment advisory service).
- No compensation is given for the NCP credit balance of accounts suspended or closed due to a breach of the Terms of Use.
- No compensation is given for interruptions caused by factors outside the platform (exchange outages, internet connection problems, etc.).
5. Future Paid Services
If a paid service is offered in the future, its price, right of withdrawal and refund terms will be communicated separately and clearly before purchase, and this policy will be updated accordingly. Your statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
6. Technical Errors
If you believe NCP credits were deducted from your balance in error because of a technical fault on the platform, just report it to support@nextcandlepredictor.com; in verified cases your balance will be corrected.
