Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles
Next Candle Predictor places customer satisfaction first. We apply a fair and transparent refund policy for our NCP token purchases.
2. Free Usage
New accounts start free — you can use Paper Trading and core tools without payment. NCP tokens are bought only when you need them; there is no trial period and no automatic charge.
3. Refund Conditions
a) Full Refund Within 7 Days
If you request a refund within the first 7 days after an NCP token purchase, the full amount is refunded. You do not need to provide a reason within this period.
b) Partial Refund Between 7-30 Days
For refund requests made between 7 and 30 days after the payment date, a pro-rata refund of the unused NCP balance is provided.
c) After 30 Days
No refund is granted after 30 days from the purchase date. NCP that has already been spent on platform features is non-refundable.
4. Cases Where No Refund Is Granted
- Financial losses arising from the user's own trading decisions (Next Candle is not an investment advisory service).
- Suspension or closure of the user account due to a Terms of Use violation.
- Service interruptions caused by external factors (exchange outage, internet connection issues, etc.).
- NCP tokens that have already been spent or consumed on platform features.
5. Refund Request Process
- Send an email: Submit your refund request to billing@nextcandlepredictor.com.
- Provide details: Specify your username, registered email address, and reason for the refund.
- Review: Your request is reviewed within 3 business days.
- Refund process: Approved refunds are reflected back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. NCP Token Balance
- Adding NCP: New NCP purchases are added to your existing balance.
- No expiry: NCP does not expire on a billing cycle and remains until you use it.
- No subscription: There are no plans to upgrade, downgrade or cancel — you only buy NCP when you want.
7. Special Cases
For situations where you cannot receive service due to technical failures originating from the Platform, we will provide a refund or credit corresponding to the duration of the outage. It is sufficient to report such cases to support@nextcandlepredictor.com.
