Terms of Use

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. General Provisions

Next Candle Predictor (the "Platform") is software that provides AI-based crypto signal analysis services. By accessing and/or using the Platform, you are deemed to accept the following terms.

2. Service Description

The Platform generates crypto market signals using technical analysis indicators and machine learning models. These signals are statistical predictions and do not in any way constitute investment advice.

3. User Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for any positions you open by following signals on the Platform or by using automated modes.
  • It is your responsibility to carefully configure your risk management (stop-loss, take-profit, position size, leverage).
  • The Platform cannot under any circumstances be held liable for your losses.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs and trademarks on the Platform belong to Next Candle. Unauthorized copying, distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.

5. NCP Tokens and Payment

  • Platform features run on NCP tokens, bought as one-time token packs (card or crypto).
  • There is no subscription or recurring monthly billing — you pay only for the NCP you choose to buy.
  • Unused NCP stays in your balance and nothing is charged automatically.

6. Service Limitations

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical failures, maintenance work, or force majeure. No liability is accepted in such cases.

7. Termination

The Platform may suspend or close the accounts of users who violate the terms without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
