KVKK Information Notice

As Next Candle Predictor, we process your personal data in the capacity of data controller within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK").

• Identity Information: Email address, username
• Transaction Security: Encrypted API keys, session records
• Transaction Data: In-platform usage statistics, signal interaction logs
• Technical Data: IP address, browser/device information, log records

• Service delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations
• User authentication and account security
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Improving service quality and statistical analysis

Your personal data may be transferred to domestic and international service providers (servers, payment infrastructure) within legal obligations and the purposes specified above. Cross-border transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

Personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and within the framework of legal retention obligations. Once the purpose ceases or the legal period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• To know third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or internationally
• To request correction if data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction within the scope of Article 7 of KVKK
• To request that correction/deletion be communicated to third parties to whom data was transferred
• To object if an adverse outcome arises from the analysis of processed data
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
